Pencil Pots Day Nursery is a setting which offers high quality child care for children from birth to five years. Situated on The Drive, Ilford, we are nearby to the Redbridge station and local bus routes for your convenience. Pencil Pots Day Nursery has the capacity to accommodate 34 children at any one time. We operate on two floors, with the baby room, toddler room upstairs and pre-school on the ground floor.
With a fully qualified staff team in early years professionals, degrees in early years and level 3 in childcare, we are dedicated in meeting the individual learning needs of all children and recognising their interests from early on in the settling process. All staff are fully qualified in childcare and hold an up-to-date enhanced CRB. Staff have been trained on promoting equal opportunities throughout the setting, whether it be through activities, communication or accessibility.
We endeavour to form positive relationships between staff, parents and children from the very first day, ensuring that we make you feel at ease with the settling in process and helping your child to feel comfortable with their environment. Through a wide variety of stimulating and inviting activities, children are encouraged to make choices, be independent and share as well as learn other social skills.
